thanks ya'll. i'll have the bumpers and such back on tonight..still waitin on the headlight buckets to get back from the body shop...had to order new ones...

I think I can do it. I've seen it done before, and I think the lengths are about the same. I would weld in the mounts in the appropriate place. The interior wouldn't be the end of the custom modification either, I would like for it to have a 351w, possibly fuel injected, but probably not. I would like to have the equivalent of 97 SVT suspension, and disk brakes on all fours. You know, the works. The idea is a completely classic car on the inside, and completely superb modern performance machine inside, with the retro interior. I really really like that interior. Ok, I'm done high jacking this thread, I just really love 65's And of course I really love my 65.

Edit: Only thing I wouldn't convert over are the door panels, that would be about impossible, so it would have to stick with classic door panels.
