3 Point Seat Belt & General Safety

Does anybody know if I can put 3-point seat belts in my 67 coupe from a newer mustang? I have looked a buying new seat belts, but they are pretty expensive and if there is no safety concern with swapping from a newer car I would like to take the cheaper route. Also, are there good ways to increase the overall safety of my car? Thanks

Agreed, if it is a matter of $220 that can dramatically increase my chances of surviving a wreck then yes it is worth it. However, it I can do the same thing with only spending $20 then I'm going with the cheaper route.
