Engine Cleaning

I've pulled the head off my i6 200 and would like to clean some things up before putting it back together. Any recommendations on what to use to clean the inside of the valve cover and the valve springs, valves, rocker arms, push rods etc (and, of course, what should I not clean at all)?

I would go with no, unless you really don't like your valve seals. I don't know of anything right off hand that I would use to clean the inside of my engine.
