1967 Mustang 390 carburetor

I have what I believe to be the original Holley carburetor from a 1967 S code fastback with a 4 speed that I had a few years back. I'm trying to track down a decoder for the carb #'s to make sure it is right. As of now I can't find one. It is C60F-9510-N with a date code of 622. Any help?
