Some things you hate???

I think this will be kinda fun, list things that you hate to see on or done to a classic mustang or any old fords I guess.
I'll start:

1. I HATE seeing huge ass rims on old cars!!! It looks so damn retarded and out of place!!! They weren't meant to have big gaudy rims for christ sake! I went to a world of wheels expo this summer and saw tons of this and hated it!

2. All those guys who have those nice 30's or 40's fords all restored and looking good, then you look at the engine and it's a 350?!?!?! WTF? why would you do that? Put a god damn FORD small block in the FORD car! Preferably just keep the flathead.......

3. I also kinda hate barret jackson auctions as well. Those guys pay WAY to much money for these old cars! I know that if the demand is there, then the sky is the limit, but they just shell out money like it's going out of style! My step father went to the scottsdale one this year and he is an avid car collector with a 68 firebird, 67 camaro rs/ss, 56 chevy, 59 apache and had a 70 mach 1 (but he sold it cause it was an automatic btw ). Anyway he said that it would be a cold day in the hell when he buys something from those auctions. Bunch of guys with way to much money looking to get rid of it. They get those stupidly high prices and set the standard for the rest of the car market. Now around here you have mustang coupes with a pansy 2v 302 and automatic transmission going for $10,000? WTF is that? Fastbacks are just worth their weight in gold......

4. Some of you might hate me for this, but I always thought the 1967 elanor "gone in 60 seconds" clone was flat out FUGLY and a total waste of a perfectly good 67 fastback. They look a million times better stock. Fine throw a 427 with a 6 speed in, but ditch that queer honda civic looking body kit with those dumb tiny headlights.........

see what else you guys can come up with!!!

"Classic Mustangs
You know we love em from all years so heres a place to talk about or post any questions you might have about that classic stang. "

I think it ok. Its about old mustangs.

I am not a big fan of people that want to put a 460 in a 66 Mustang that is a truck motor and think its going to be fast.

people that think that if you intake and carb on you Mustang, that you got a hotrod.

I'm not found of gold on a mustang, save only the GT350H. I don't particularly like the body styles of the Mustang II and the Fox, though I do appreciate the weight of the fox, and what it did for the Mustang future. I don't like that 67 mustang in Fast and Furious 3; Tokyo Drift, with that damn skyline engine. That pissed me off more then anything. I don't like 3.8L because my keeps breaking. I don't like it when people ruin the classics, especially fastbacks. (SN-65 is an exception, as well as Eleanor) I hate it when my cousin tells me to put a Chevy 350 in my 65. That is fire and brimstone worthy in my eyes. As long as it's a Ford Mustang, there isn't much to complain about though...

Are you talking about those really big ones that make it look like they have a blower? I hate those. I hate most fake stuff.

those including, but i was referring mainly to the ones kids and some adults lol put on there trucks, like the fake ram air scoops! thats exactly what i was wanting to say, fake transamm looking scoops, god.. and big blower scoops and when u pop the hood... its got a performer maniold and stock air cleaner. or scoops that ARENT factory that are bolted on and not fiberglassed or bondo'd so it is flush with the hood...

i use to hate the big rims.now i know how to work them.tie a small rope to the rim, hook that to your anchor rope.that way when your rim gets hung up,just crank the boat and pull off,the small rope breaks and you are on your way.
