a stock what? Thats not a stock motor for a 77. Well, did you get it?

its a 302 and thats what came in the 77

they said it was replaced but it is the 302...it says it right on it....hmusn said it was bone stock too

Thats like a 5.0 from a late 80's to early 90's Mustang or T-bird. Thats not a stock engine for a 77, but it looks like a stock engine from the above years.

Oh, and if it was me I would pass on the car for 6 grand.

That may be a stock 302, for an 87 merc Capri, correct me if I'm wrong but the air bow was on the drivers side in a Stang, they moved the batt to the trunk to make room for the new motor. No way in hell that is "stock". In 77' they just started electronic ignitions on every thing, not EFI. The block may be stock, but I didn't think they offered a 302 in the Musdang II, I've seen plenty of conversion, I have a girlfriend in high school, her Dad bought on, with the I4.

that almost looks like the plenum i pulled off my 5.0 ho motor in my garage. . . . I agree with all these other guys, not stock 77 but stock 302 with no mods.
