The winsheild wiper holes are in the cowl what exactly are you talking abotu because if its coming through there and say making the floor wet because its leaking throught there there is most likely a rust hole in the cowl and it going through the cowl into the passanger area

They make a kit that looks like a top hat that has a hole in the top of it. More then likely that will fix it.
