Pics of weekend work, 66 coupe
Here are some pics of me and some buddies working on my coupe!
This is the elctric fan we put on, it is slightly off of the radiator so it didnt interfere with the front of the engine, it was very close! ![]() Here you can see the new air filter and i am putting some things on the block to keep the wires off of it (excuse my car lingo, its pretty bad) ![]() This is the engine all cleaned up ![]() Right here we neatend up the wires coming from the extra guages in the cowl hood ![]() Attatching some speakers for the rear, when i got it, it just had a single speaker in the front dash ![]() We replaced the board over the speakers with holes cut to let the music through, then me and my wife used some fabric to cover this so it just looks stock with no speakers, cheap, but looks good (will post a pic as soon as my camera is working) ![]() I found two seatbelts and the remote control to my stereo underneath the back seat ![]() Here she is after a little clean!!!

Its an aftermarket fibreglass cowl hood. As far as where it came from, i couldn't tell you i'm afraid. The hood was like that when i purchased the car, and unfortunately i haven't been able to get any information from the seller, but i am going to continue to try so i can learn the life of the vehicle etc!

Meh. The cars ugly. I'll take that shit off your hands. J/K.
Don't worry we'll get a good race between it and my 3.3L SHO. See how that pans out. BTW Will still hasn't seen the Stang yet. You trying to hide it from him? Get it over there and let him check it out man. See you in 5 months!

Oh and you might want to put some more retaining bolts on the back part of the engine bay brace on the firewall. There's only one or 2 small bolts holding it in place.

Good eye ItalianBullitt754.
Those seat belts are old and should not be used. No baby car seats should be strapped down with those old things.

ItalianBullitt754 - no shit sherlock, i would have loved to put a couple more bolts in there, doing it is a different matter! that part of the bay has seen better days to be honest and we came to the conclusion it was better to leave it for now, those two are nice and secure so shouldnt be a problem!
As for the seatbelts, if italianbullit would send me the ones i ordered that went to freaking italy, i could get them in there and i wouldnt have to use them old ones

Hey Bucko! I sent them damn fine belts out 1-2 weeks ago so shut it. You're lucky I didn't put the dang things in the Bullitt. Lol! I see you're planning more power mods already. Don't you think it would be better to get a nice flaming River steering rack and some upgraded brakes in it to make it feel more modern and safe first like we talked about? After you feel completely comfortable with athe stopping and handling then you can make it faster.

BTW looks like the Bullitt will be paid off soon since I might have found a new owner for the Coupe. Yes I know I'm finally selling the Turbo. She will be missed.
