Goin to the painter tomorrow

I will be going to see my painter tomorrow, I'm pretty set on bright silver with black metallic shelby stripes. My only debate is wether to do new style shelby stripes or old school stripes. Anybody got a prefference I might have to leave the decision up to a coin toss.

i think he might be referring to painted directly on vs. those sticker stripes (vinyl??)

if this is the case then i say get them painted on there

Yea thats what I was referring to, sorry for the confusion. The new style stripes are very wide and have a narrow space between the stripes, and the old style are the opposite. I talked with my painter and I think the old style are going to look the best. I will try to get some pics when its finished.

Def old school with that year car. New school stripes on an old model car make you look like you are clueless to a true enthusiast. Good decision on the early stripes.
