Any Strokers


I'm building a 1974 351W to a 393 stroker going for 500 Hp.
Anyone else running a stroker or have a 351 in a 67 or 68 stang?

I don't have a 351w, but they are a good strong motor. How about a turbo? People here love them and could help you set one up.

The 351W-393 is at the shop having the work done. Turbo or NOS maybe later.

With a fast motor, are you going to upgrade your brakes?

I have front disc and am putting on the Brackets that take the cad rotors and calipers with the E-brake. and at some point I'm going to change the master cylinder for 4 wheel disc.

Lots of guys will get a hot motor and don't think how to stop. Its good that you are doing something about it and have front disc brakes. Do you have a 4 speed? What rearend gear do you have?

9" 3.50

Sweet!! I see that you can help people here with the 67-68 lots better then I can. That T-5 is nice. I have a t-5 in my 66.
