What Size Tires?

Hi all
I have 67 coupe and have just bought Boyd Coddington rims for it. 17x7 with 4" and 17x8 with 4.75" backspace. Can anyone please advise what the best size tire to fit would be, will 225 and 245 fit or any suggestions please. I hope this backspace will be ok. Thanks!!!

They have an article in this months Mustang Monthly that's a wheel fit guide, and one of the cars is a 67 fastback. They use a 17X8 in the front, and a 17X9 in the rear, but it doesn't tell the backspacing for some reason. It looks like the exact same wheels on the 69, and it says they're 4 1/2" backspacing on the front, and 5" backspacing on the rear, but again, it doesn't specify on the 67. They're running a 255/40/R17 in the front, and a 275/40/R17 in the rear.

They're only using .25" more backspacing with an inch wider wheer, so I think you'll be fine.
