Want a Boss 429

Jon Kaase is going to start casting these heads and valve covers again.
He's been on and off again with Ford for years. (google his name)

Pretty neato

This project started in October, but I have a 30 year history with these engines and the street/NASCAR head shortcommings. By the end of my 600 mile trip home from the Enginemasters, I had a solid plan for fixing all the problems with these parts. When I found how much the stock heads were selling for, I was even more determined to go through with this venture.
As of now, we have done all the improvements to the heads as well as dyno testing. The patterns for casting are in the works and at the halfway point. We have a running single plane manifold finished and it will follow the head at the pattern shop. After that, the valve covers.

We are trying to make these parts user friendly and affordable.
(more to follow on next post) Jon

That's an awesome engine. I hope the project comes to fruition.

Oh man this is too much. I have a 67 Ranchero with a Mustang II front suspension that sure would look better with a set of Boss heads than the stockers on the 466. The headers were a pain with the stock heads. Can't imagine what sort of fun I would have snaking the steering shaft through a set of headers for Kaase's heads.

Thats a great idea, then it would be the only kia to run past the whole 10years/100,000 miles.

dude my kia is so freaking ugly. yesterday rust literally fell off the car leaving holes in identical spots on each side of the car. it has no paint on the hood or roof anymore and no radio. however the motor is running strong thank god lol i need it to get to work
