Here is what the last few months have held for Jinxed...

Leaving my garage and heading home to my parents shop.

This is what I came saw when I walked into the shop yesterday, last time I saw Jinxed was on the trailer.

Me takin out the seats

One last look at the blue stang, with everything on it.

The valve cover has the 3 shades of grey I picked out, narrowed it down to one.

Me again

Say ahhhhh.

I didnt take a pic of it all taped off or with out the door handles. I ran out of batteries on the camera.

Total rebuild,
Engine, new cam, intake, 4bbl carb, headers, ignition sys
Trans, shift kit, stall, whateverelse the guy wants todo to beef it up. (I'm not messing with the tranny, actually sending it off)
Interior (changing from the blue to black, silver and the same color grey as the outside for the dash and doors and the area around the back seat)
Body work and paint (fixin' the dents and any ruff spots)
the paint is called dark shadow grey, it was used on stangs from I think 2000-2004.
wheels and tires (going with the torq thrust chrome for now, might changem out for some 18s later)

*update* thanksgiving break

Send the heads off to the shop this weekend, guy is going to clean them up, then we get to decide if we are going to keep them and redo them or buy new ones. Crane Street/Strip cam is here and we spend a few hours trying to decide what carb togo with. The car is still in the shop, the guy that is going to paint it, got in a car wreck and cut up his hands bad on the broken glass. So we are being pushed back a couple weeks till he heals up.

I took out the carpet and the headliner over the break as well as cleaned the underside of the car *yuck* it was nasty under there.

I'll report back when I can.
