Just like the title says. I did some research this weekend and it seems like there won't be any major issues mounting the large 14' Brembo brakes off the 2007-2012 GT500 onto our cars.
-You will need to run 18" wheels. Some claim some 17's may fit, but that needs to be checked on a case by case basis.
-You will need to use the Mustang Steve's GT2008 kit, allowing S197 brakes to be mounted on our cars. Mustang Steve confirmed the Brembos will fit with some minor grinding on his bracket for piston clearance.

-You will need a spacer kit to run 94-04 wheels or 05+, preference is yours. Just check to make sure you get the overall backspace/offset to fit your car. This also pretty much eliminates the need to check wheel/caliper clearance as the spacer is there.
-Finally the GT500 brake kit. It is shockingly not that expensive compared to other brake kits. Plus it has the advantage of being an OEM design so pads/rotors can be had everywhere.

The Brembo caliper bolts onto the GT spindle without any mods. The M-2300-S kit linked above is a Ford Racing kit and includes full instructions. Theres no voodoo or witchcraft to make this work.
