Classic Mustangs are going up in value very greatly

When I purchase an early model Mustang, I treat it as an investment and then I check to see if it I can get a return on my investment.

$5,000 is not a bad deal for a 65 I6 car...if it is not a RUSTang...done right you can get a rather large return for a car like that and help you get to your 67 Shelby 500

Here is a good starting point for your research, check out the linky:

just my .02

BTW lovin' the site!!

oh they are right...that is what the market is dictating right now...if you purchase cars off of passion you might get burned....do some research, say with NADA and KBB and you can usually come out on top...the car she is describing sounds like it might be just a bit above the low book value and under the middle book value...

+1. I'd say far from. I think someone at that site dropped the ball.

I get the classic car trader every week and have never seen a 6 go for anywhere near that average price let alone the high price. The only way I could see one going for that kind of money is if it had historical significance or was owned by a famous individual.

I understand what you are saying, but I regularly sell mine for those prices...that is how I price them...look anywhere...book value is book value...you have to understand the classifications between low, med and high
