What would be the "ideal" finished build for you car??

If you had all the money the to do what you wanted to do with your car, what would be the finished product?

Mine would have a good quality paint job that was a factory paint scheme. I would probably keep my same wheels as well. If I went aftermarket, it would be something classic like Cragars. The farthest I would stray would be Weld Prostars or something like that. I think the new style of puting larger rims on and lowering the car looks good, but it's just not my style. I will keep all my parts for the era the car was built.

The interior would be just like it is......original down to the AM/FM radio. I would just add a tach on the steering column where it's not real noticeable.

I would have a well built big block for it (428CJ) with a 4 speed. Nothing sounds like a big block . I would do some suspension upgrades, but nothing that requires cutting the car. I would lose potential for good track times by keping it like that, but track times aren't my goal. I would put the Shelby springs on the front, like what I have now, to give it that good stance.

Me, My 1968 Fastback

I would have a BadA$$ Paint job. Modded Everything.

Drive Tran would be a Blown 5.4 Mod Motor 4 valve Heads That Be able to Put down Real Power with Power Rack and A/C. 4 wheel Indapenant suspension, Coil overs & 4 wheel baer Disk Brakes.
Rally Seats, Nice DVD, Touch screen head unit, High power sound system.

My Car would be everything one could do to his ride.

body work most definatly get rid of those pesky rust spots. then do a full blown suspension over haul, i plan to keep the original set up.

Now for the engine i want a 347 with edlebrock victor jr ford heads with valve size 2.05 and 1.60, some kind of cam. i would turn my c4 in to a six speed c4 with a gear vendors under/overdrive unit. it would then get some nos an a rebuilt rear end.

the interior will stay the same except for the cracked dash an needed door pannels an all th wireing redon, an have a six disk cd changer with an am/fm radio.

then get it panted midnight metalic blue with black pin stripes.
