Steering gear box problems!!!

Can some one tell me if its worth rebuilding the steering gear box or going with a new or rebuilt one.Ive got a lot of slop in tha box and its going to have to be dealt with sooner then later.

i think scott drake sells a rebuild kit but i would imagine it would be somewhat difficult project ( i could be wrong) but at almost 400 bucks a piece for a rebuilt one it might be worth it.
