Motor Mounts

I have a 88 5.0 HO motor and am wanting to drop it into a 67 and I am looking for some good motor mounts I have seen alot of people use the ron morris motor mounts but I was wondering what would be the best bet for me and what advantages to you get from dropping the mounts a half inch from the stock?

This is a Nice Motor mount for only 114.95

if you are road racing, it will lower the center of gravity. Better conering. But you need to look and see if you have the room to lower your motor first.

Why can't you just use your original 67 motor mounts? They'd fit on all 302 motors down to 1995 HO roller blocks, including your 88.
