swapping valves


so how hard is it to swap out valves from one head to another? and how long does it take? or should i just put new valves in?

It may just be me, But I always use new valves when I have the Machine shop put my harden seats and New Valve Seals/guides in.

In my opinion, Having the best seal of the valves is the most important part of a head.
And a Valve is the first thing that ever seems to give up. So I dont chance it anymore.
