289 to 351 windsor swap

Hey guys, I have a 67 mustang coupe that I need to replace my 289 in. I found a running 351w from a 92 f150. It runs good and does not smoke or have a misfire. I can get the engine for $350. My question is what manifold can I use on it to switch it to a carb and if anyone could recommend a good distributor and headers?

how hard would it be to put a 351w in say a 65-69 mustang?
