Where can I find a dwell meter/tach meter

Hello I am looking for a simple dwell meter or anything that will read low rpms of 500-1200 rpms

I don't really want to buy that 40 dollar one I see at jegs I'm sure there must be a smaller simpler one out there to purchase

can someone point me in the right direction?

These are cheap:
Actron Dwell Tach Volt Meter - Model CP7605 at Sears.com
But I would get a good timing light that displays RPM If that's all you want to measure.

Thanks I just bought the one off of sears from amazon for $25 since it was the cheapest I could find with a vacuum gauge for 8 bucks.

You also use that meter to measure the voltage at your choke but I would get one of these:
Craftsman Multimeter, Digital, with 8 Functions and 20 Ranges - Model 82141 at Sears.com
You can do more troubleshooting with it.
