looking to super charge my 289 please help

i have a 65 mustang with a 289 i recently tok the advice of my smarter buddies and threw on a 4 barrel carb headers and custom exhaust, but i want more power so i want to super charge it but i want it to be fuel injected super charger, what steps to i take to accomplish this? new pistons? rods? fuel inject it first? please help

IGNORE THIS THREAD JUST BOUGHT A 5.0 gonna do a swap. thanks if you know what parts i need for the swap please fill me in i know im gonna need a computer and prolly custom engine mounts b ut if there is a kit out there for this kinda thin please let me know and save me the time of looking al around the internet

if your 289 is a 6 bolt motor,

It will all swap right over.

If your going to use your old transmission. just remember to use a 50oz with a 157 tooth flex plate.
