amp and sub install

Im looking to put a 10 inch sub in the trunk along with a amp and possibly a cd chager . Now ive thought about mounting it on the steel rear seat divider and just put some audio fabiric on it. Would this work or would it rattle to much. I already have all the other speakers ready for install but for the amp and subwoofer need a place. Any suggestions or pictures really would be great.

Thanks
Aaron

I'm actually looking to do the the exact same thing. I've had this idea for years, so I've had time to think about it. I don't know how different the 65-6 trunks are compared to 67's, but the hollow areas above the wheel wells always seemed like a great place to fit a 10" sub. It would need a custom enclosure, and I'm not sure how harmonics and rattling would work if it was mounted there, but it would definitely look good. CD changer could go on the other side for easy-access. The amp, depending on size, I always planned on mount on the back of the rear seats- or near that area, just so it's out of the way and doesn't take up trunkspace. All of those places don't take away room in the trunk so i's still usable, plus if they're installed right I imagine they'd look good. I've got no experience doing any of this (obviously), but just some ideas for locations.
