electrical troubles .....help

I keep having electrical troubles with my 66 mustang. It can't start under its own power but once I get a jump it will stay running. I replaced the alternator/generator and the battery is new and tested good at the auto zone. The voltage a crossed the battery is 10.25 wile idling and drops to around 9.9v will driving. My next guess is the relays box in the front are there any other things it could be ?
