battery box


I have a buddy that has a 65 the battery box is rusted out and he has no tie downs or anything on it wanted to know the best way to fix it and find out what u guys have done with this problem dont want to relocate to the trunk

What we do here is replace the battary apron. RH apron cost $29.95 New battary tray cost $14.95

Time to do the project and cost is about the same as relocation of battary.

www.Mustang1.com Sells those parts.

You dont have to weld them in, But would be nicer is they were.

I have seen them pop revivited in and look ok.
