Replacing Door Data Plates

Howdy,

If you read my intro, you will know that I recently acquired a '66 coupe. (If you just read that sentence you now know it too.)

I need to replace the door data plate, the one that should be on the car is AWOL.

Does anyone have any info on who can do this and what the requirements are?

Thanks

Ford and Marti Report really don't have much info on mustangs before 67 so I doubt you will have any luck.

Marti Auto Works

Is a good place to start. NPD also has them, but I think they get them from the same place. Unfortunately, you would already need to know all the code that was originally there in order to get an accurate replacement.

Unfortunately I don't have the data. That's what I need the data plate for.

All you need is the Vin, And you can call the other codes as you wish them to be.

The only that has to be correct is the vin.

And Marty is the getting place.
