LS motor into a 67
Has anyone done this before put a LS motor in to a 67 fastback....... or even a t-56 with a hydraulic clutch.... please don't kill me for even asking......

What is a LS...
 LS = Losers Shit. we dont wear bow ties here. The only reason that I could think the so one would put a ls in a cool stang, hmm? you got me. Why would you ? Why do you do some thing cool like place a 4.6 in it.  We did it works awsome. Now we are doing a 5.4 with a wipple on it in a 1968 Fastback. With our 4.6 with a Kenne bell we are getting 690 rwhp and we are using a T-56  Welcome to the site But dont be crazy

ya I know i built the LS motor to go into my S-10 but i kinda rolled it before i got the motor in it and now i have a 67 fastback body without drivetrain and have this 700hp LS motor and T-56 trans with no home....

With the six speed it is just a Blast. I just think that a ls would not help the value of the stang at all. I will never buy a ford with a bow tie in it. There are SO MANY Great Ford motors that own the ls. The 5.4 Mod motor kicks the ls's ass I havnt seen any ls1's at 700hp. All motor with just a blower. k then shut your trap i just asked if anyone did it. i didn't ask for any little kid comments or i would went to my kids kindergarten class for that..... and I know guys put then into the fox bodies all the time so does that tell you something..... plus an LS motor cost have as much to makes extremely quick as compared to the for mod motors....

Nope, As for me I travel alot. Barrett jackson Auction, Leake Auction, Sema Show last 10 years. Showing Mustangs since 1979.
I have never seen a vette motor in a 67 Stang. Im sure someone has done it. You might want to ask on a Chevy forum. |

k thanks thats all i wanted to know as i already know what 3/4 of the people here will say. Trust me as much as i do like the ls motor i dont want to put it in a ford but if i cant sell it its going in between the fenders of a mustang......
