Procharger for 67' Mustang
I was looking for increasing my horsepower and I was wondering what you think about the Procharger? I have a 67' Mustang with a 1970 302 and it is bored and has heads is this a wise investment for this type of engine? Are the supercharger or turbo charger better than the procharger for this engine?

I'm a fan of naturally aspirated, but if you're set on a supercharger, i do believe procharger makes kits designed for generic small block fords, and i believe they use a centrifugal type supercharger.
I like superchargers over turbos, unless you're running a track car, cause then the turbo will make more boost for less money. Though, if that's your thing I say go for it. In the end, building a n/a motor or a supercharged motor will be similar in price, unless you change the bottom end to handle more boost.

Your compression would be the biggest issue for you, but if it is only bored.030 then it should be about 9:1 or a 9.2:1 at the most which should not hinder the ability to use a charger. You will need to be somewhere under 9.5:1 though. If not you may need to look into other means of additional power
