69 Mustang advice

I just got my first car this week. It just happens to be a 1969 Mustang coupe. I am 17 and don't have much experience with cars at all, but had a few questions.

First of all this car has all original interior, dark red vinyl, and it is all in good condition. All except for the driver seat. What would be the best way of going about getting some new upholstery? Should i try to spend the big bucks and get some original or just go for some aftermarket remake?

Secondly it has a 302 2bbl that needs to be rebuilt. I'm thinking of starting off by upping the headers and the air filter. The problem with this is that i have no idea what websites are good to buy from and what brands to use.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hey I have a 70 fastback and got it when I was 17 so 2 years ago. There are alot of awomse classic ford catalogs you can get for free. I use one from Texas Mustang. Its worked well for my dash replacement and window crank replacements. Or just google it man.

With the seat I would go with a stock aftermarket seat cover.
