Hello everyone, my interior came in gray, and now it looks like this:




Disgusting right? Well all that you see gray in my car is going to become BLACK! Yes ive decided to convert all of it to black/blue.

Im in the process of doing that at the moment, my door panels, back panels, and center console is out of my car being prepped. My Dash isnt out yet i need more time to rip it out and make sure my stuff still works so i can drive my car since it is a DD and its my only car. Im trying to find some black leather seats and my friend is helping me build a custom rear seat delete after christmas. I found a site that sells pre-cut carpet and hoping to order that soon. I will keep updating on this project.

yep, and i have seen alot of mustangs that try to look like ricers, does that make it ok then. And i thought you were the guy that said he wanted to be different to win all these car shows, spray painting interior pieces ain't gonna do it buddy sorry, maybe at a car show filled with ricers with pep boys pedals but not a real car show

Im pretty sure they would fit. Are they in good condition? and how much would you sell your FRONT seats?

I think I've seen some cobras where the door panels were like that except it was red. not sure about the center console.

no making mustangs look like ricers dont make it ok. Im not trying to do that, and i know spraying interior pieces isnt going to make me win car shows but its something that improves my interior and gets rid of all the gray that i hate. Its not like im putting a double deck wing and and a body kit on my car or anything

Because my car is a black/blue theme... Its also my favorite color and im also getting a two tone paint job with blue on top. Im not a carbon fiber fan..

well have fun with it man, its your car right, just know that the thousands of dollars you put into that car after it is all said and done, the car will still only be worth 2k bucks if you are lucky.

Modding cars= worst investment a person can make in this state of economy.

You bought all the stuff you wanted to buy for it spending thousands of dollars on it and its still the same value price.

they are in good condition. there is a little bit of roughed up area on my drivers side seat so it might have to be fixed. ill sell em cheap cuz i wont need em if i get the racing seats

yes i know what i did to my car, and if there is anything in my life i could take back and do over it would be to only spend maybe a 1k dollars on the car total. I am in debt still because of it, i don't have a big savings account. Just wish at your age someone who has been thru the shit would say hey, there is a better time to spend money on your car, and thats after you are financially stable, own a home, make good money, and have a family thats taken care of. And thats also why my car can't even sell for 7500 bucks, and thats only 2k over KBB for 20k in mods. And another thing, no matter what you do to make yourself like your car better you will never be happy, and i mean never, there will always be something you want more, but this is just a rant coming from someone who has been there and done that and wish i had a older person tell me when i was younger, "hey dumbass, putting everything into your car is pointless"

Ya i know. But im a car guy, i like working on cars, i do everyday for 10 hours a day. Its who i am and i like modding my car or helping someone else mod their car. I still live with my parents because my job doesnt pay good enough to just go and buy a house. And i wont move out until i get a house because i think investing in an apartment is a waste of money, you just pay rent and will have to give it up, but with a house you pay it off, and could sell it and buy a new one. Yes economy sucks right now but im not spending a whole lot of money on my car just things to keep me occupied for the time being.
