And I'm thoroughly unconvinced on the whole hydrogen "fuel" cell. As was stated previously, it takes a LOT of energy right now to "refine" the hydrogen, and I don't think we're getting near the energy out of the hydrogen than we're using to get it in the first place. That sounds like a losing proposition to me.
Start cranking out the solar panels, and give me a FULL electric car with a 300 mile range that's designed and built by people that actually like cars and driving - that's the biggest problem right now, all the "green" cars are made by people who hate cars (other than Tesla, and we can see how well they're doing ). You want torque, you want an electric motor: 100% torque at any rpm.
