this guy plays bass so loud all day it rattles my bed room i have to wake up at 5 to go to work so i sleep early. the other night i got fed up so i went out to the circuit breakers for my building and shut his power off was so nice to sleep in quiet i will keep doing this until he moves are i get him kicked out.

I had a simialr issue when I was younger. I worked all day at the dealer then went to take my business classes right after that. Needless to say when I got home at nine at night after being gone since 5 in the morning I was pretty exhausted and was ready for bed. Well the guy above me always watched movies and listened to music till the wee hours of the morning ( some spoiled little rich kid who didnt work and just went to school ). I talked to him a few times and it never seemed to help, so I took it into my own hands and started listening to music loud when I was getting ready for work at 5 ( and if I was pissed enough I would put a new cd in before I left the apartment and left it running awhile I was gone ). Needless to say he was more willing to work with me after a few weeks of that... Something to thing about...

That's a good idea. But, I would first talk to him and try to negotiate a time where he'll turn his bass off. If he doesn't what to negotiate, tell him what you're going to do and see if he reconsiders. If not, have fun in the morning.
