deleteing files


i need to know about deleteing files off the pc.if i delete them or uninstall them will it free up memory.like stuff i dont need like microsoft office an home student 2007 an game that came with it will it free up memory

It'll free up Hard drive space...not "memory." People tend to confuse hard drive space with memory

Yeah, it'll clear up some HD space for sure. You can also go to Control Panel then Add/Remove Programs and go through the entire list and delete programs you no longer use or never used.

Disk cleanup and disk defrag also help your PC's speed.
