Gym rats! i seek your council on supplements again


Ok so its time to buy a new preworkout shake, I really liked the superpump 250, shit gives me alot of energy in the gym and seems to honestly help, does make me take a shit 20 min after i use it but i got used to that anyways whats some other stuff people have used? i think im gona try noexplode (waits for piggysmalls to chime in)

No-Xplode FTW. i've went through about 20 bottles of it. that stacked with Cellmass. Tip: if your going to use it mix it with Orange Juice. i did a cycle of SuperDrol and my Strength went through the roof. no side effects if done right and takin PCT(post cycle therapy and Milk Thistle(while on it) ) Goodluck


BTW, How's the Diet look? what's your goals?

Ive used every pre-workout supplement there is...supercharge was the best out of all of them...that includes comparing to superpump and NOexplode

yeah, i tried SuperDump250 (haha) and didnt like it and it did nothing for me. best thing for now is just No-Xplode, Cellmass, ON 100% Whey, Diet(clean Diet) and Training.

Yea, def start doing legs. I increased strength everywhere else because i started squatting.

I always try to avoid products with creatin in them. Your body already produces creatin, and when you take it, your body stops producing it naturally. Then, when you stop taking it, your shit outta luck.

If you want to pack on some mass, i would suggest Cytogainer (same company that makes muscle milk). I gained over 15lbs when i took it, you get 6lbs for the price of 2lbs of any other protein, and i didnt get fatter, i got bigger. I took less than the rec. amount, but i was really impressed by this.


And ill say it blunty, taking a preworkout cytogainer shake gave me more energy and more stamina than any other prework out supplement i have ever taken. I thought the milkshake would make me sick, it didnt.

cytogainer doesnt do shit really...ive taken it about 4 or 5 times and the results didnt seem there at all....the hypergain is good shit man, i stand by it 100%...ive used three cycles of it and it is damn good, never dissapoints

im a strong believer in certain products work for certain people. Im just saying cytogainer was amazing for me.

Alot of people love NOxplode, i hated it. You just have to find things that work for you and stick with them.

Didnt read the whole thread too busy at work but I can't avoid mm lol. I used NO Xplode I liked it. It made me feel like I was getting something out of it, but I stopped using it. I didn't need the caffeine anymore. It wakes you up because its loaded with stimulants like caffeine. The arginine gives you a good pump for the workout and the creatine is nice too. However if you have any heart problems, don't touch anything with stimulants. Currently my favorite supplements are from Controlled Labs, I take the green magnitude creatine which tastes great, the purple wraath amino acids that I sip on during my workout (helps give me energy while I lift) I also take the glycergrow which is banned by the NCAA because it supposedly can mask things in a urine test. I don't take urine tests so I don't know lol. If you want to add an arginine for a good pump, i'd take their white blood pills, the white flood tastes like shit so i prefer the pills.

All in all though, supplements will help you a little bit, but they will never replace a good diet. With a good diet you don't really even need them, I just notice good results with them. though they are minimal they are results and I stick to them. Just be sure to drink atleast a gallon of water a day and take a multi vitamin, like universal animal packs

oh yeah I can't forget a good protein shake...Optimum Nutrition 100% gold standard whey is my favorite. Chocolate flavor tastes great, its good for a fast digesting post workout shake. Take it with some raw oats blended in and you'll get your insulin spike from the carbs to get the protein into the muscles. I take a casein protein shake from optimum nutrition before I go to bed so that I slowly digest protein as I sleep to keep me from going into a catabolic state as I sleep

your body doesn't create creatine, it gets it from red meats. You just dont eat enough red meat to get as much as you can from a creatine supplement. 2-3 grams a day is optimal for working out. Just be sure to drink a lot of water, creatine monohydrate is perfectly safe for the body. some of the newer ethyl esters and di creatine malates are currently being tested, I've taken both and had no problems.
