How to remove System Security (Uninstall Instructions)

A program called System Security downloaded itself onto my computer and every few minutes a warning or some crap like that pops up.

Problem is, I was trying to follow those intrustions, but the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware wont open. It's on my desktop and still wont open.

Any ideas?

Stop using Windows.

If that's not an option, I'd google the crap out of "System Security", see if there's removal instructions somewhere.
