Car/Jeep alarm

Hey since I am getting a jeep, I want a alarm so my insurance down and because it makes me feel a little better

I want one that also has remote start

Im looking at a Python alarm system with the LCD remote, looks pretty pimp
think its 150ish not sure though

any thoughts/suggestions?

I put a viper with a proximity alarm in my jeep (have a soft top). Same as in my mustang. So far so good. In my opinion the LCD remotes are to big and a pain in the arse to carry in a pants pocket. I still take everything of value out and keep the doors unlocked so the windows hopefully don't get cut. Mostly have it so I don't have to worry as much about seat covers, husky floor liners, windows, ect. from being stolen. Things just to much of a pain to take out every time and expensive to replace.

then get the viper with proximity. and the LCD deals are rather large and inconvenient from the ones that i have seen.

The LCD remote I had was a pain.

Yeah, it's a cool idea. But if they could make it like every other remote, it would be great. It's huge and bulky and mine was a POS.
