hypnotism

who actually believes hypnotism is real? who thinks it's just a planned stage trick?

me and my friends went to a comedy club last night and my buddy went on stage and got hypnotized... and I'll be honest, at first I was always skeptical about stuff like that, but I know my friend well enough to know that he was under something... the comic/hypnotist was saying some jokes that I knew my friend would normally be on the floor laughing until he cried... but he didn't even flinch

I think it's actually possible, and next time we go I'm going up on stage to try it out...

not even that could force him not to laugh at those things though... he's the kind of guy that laughs at almost everything, and would have been rolling from what this guy was saying... no way he could hold back like that... he just sat there like a zombie...

plus he didn't want to at first, but we made him go

here's the video of part of the show... basically he had said that when he has them open their eyes, they will all feel like they know each other, and believe they live in a trailer park in Alabama, and had just witnessed an alien landing... and now they were being interviewed on a tv show... my friend is the first guy he talks to...

his other things he did showed more involvement of hypnotism, like he would say a word and they would start seeing or smelling things that weren't there or happening... but this one was just hilarious either way...

from what my friend said, he remembers it all, and in his head he was dying of laughter, but he had no control of his body... and I was sold on that, cause he would have been on the floor with the big bird comment... but he was serious as hell on stage, and I know him well, he can't act worth shit...lol
