help with hid kits
this is for the skittle
i got the head lights working with out the relay...need some help getting it in...i will post good pics if needed tomorrow. and the fogs would only flicker... i got one of each of these...the top are for the fog and the bottom for the head lights VVME.COM LLC Your Best HID KIT Supplier i got two of these relays its the top one - The Retrofit Source (U.S.) - HID Projector Retrofit Kits, Retrofit and HID Componenents, Projectors Lens, Wiring Harnesses, Shrouds and more! |

With the VVME kits they act funny.. you may have to connect the plug in that goes from the bulb to the ballast upside down. the connector that goes onto the ballast just flip it and thats all you gotta do. umm also you might have to turn your car on, not just on but start your engine then turn on your lights.

Oh and you dont need that harness for the VVME kits.. they're just plug n play

I looked at it and there are actually 3 different relay's, it looked self explanitory (to me
) but whatever you dont understand just PM me and I can try and explain it more in depth for you

im guessing your fogs come with 10a stock? you can always try a bigger fuse, like a 15, 20, 25.. i wouldnt go much higher than that

what amperage is on the relay pack and what amperage are the fogs rated at. you want to be equal to or less then what the amperage is for the fogs. anything more will blow out the fuses to your fogs. dont replace it with a higher one as this can fry out the wire, the bulb, etc... there is a reason why they use a certain amperage

so going with a bigger fuse wouldnt hurt anything...
i was told the relays are nessesary with that kit..... the relays make sence there is just one plug that doesn't... |

No problem, but like what wraith said check the amperage on your relay to make sure you wont fry anything

ummm, just putting in a bigger fuse is a bad idea. that is how fires start.
