I agree with no driving in the snow, wisconsin is hard on cars also.
But rain? drive the car in the rain, it wont hurt it.

I have a dd because 1. I dont want to die when there is snow on the ground and 2. I find putting 15 miles on my car to go to walmart or other pointless trips is stupid, not because my car is special, but because my tires are expensive.

i wouldent say DD, but bad weather/go to school in driver.

no radio, carpet, power steering, 5 spd, hacked off exhaust, camouflage, 35mpg. 90k miles and runs perfect.

As soon as I can afford a DD, I will get one

I dont really count my motorcycle as a DD because my car is in Houston and I am in San Diego...

Then again, whenever I get money for a DD, that cash goes directly into mods for my car....fuck my life
