2700 sq ft is huge for me. i'd have a guest room and still be able to have a pool table downstairs

no shit. this is in a good area too. right by kansas speedway and wyco lake in a good school district. i hope i can find a deal like this when my inheritance comes through.

haha, no vfast. the cardboard don't hold up well in the winter. i've been renting since the 9/11 attack and i'm ready to buy another house now. also, i want a 4 bedroom so we can have a guest room
