its doing it again

my computer keeps doing that stupid crash dump crap again.

im backing up the stuff i need right now. is the best thing to do in this situation is just to start fresh?

thats odd... not going to lie.

anyway, back everything up to an external and then load a system restore point prior to these incidents.

i can do that. i was just going to install vista ultimate again and then while i was doing that i was going change the hdd around. so that my 640gb was my main hdd and my 160gb was the hdd that vista is installed on.

that should work.

also, look into getting windows 7 and see if the beta version of that will work better for you then the vista does.

I like the beta so far. But I would never implement it yet to our full office. I'm the lucky guy who gets to screw with it first

it did it again while i was transferring stuff. this is ridiculous. my ram is almost always around 20% and the CPU is normally at 35% or less

It can be glitchy—so don't use a PC you need every day
