Wax

What kind of wax does everyone use here? I just bought the Meguiars gold class paste wax, and I must say for a wax you can buy in a grocery store it is great. Also with a name like Meguiars, which I use a number of their products. I am happy with each and every one that I have used.

I use turtle wax Ice and love it. It will make anything including interior look new.

Mothers or Meguiars = my two favorites... especially their clay bar kits!

I have used NXT and it seems to be decent but cant touch zaino...But then again Zaino is a paint polish...

Zaino is too expensive for my blood. I use NXT and clay bar.

I wanna try zaino so bad, but I don't know that much about it. I don't know how much it is or where it is sold at or anything. I havn't seen it anywhere.

zaino will make a car look like it is wet all the time! but i go with meguires b/c the product line is incredible and always improving, and it fits my budget!

whats the difference between polish and wax? and can you use both?

you can use wax on top of polish. you lay the polish on the clear coat and polish off the first couple layers of old clear. gets rids of spider webbing and swirls. then you put good wax done right over the polish and itll look good for a long time

then the next time i wash it, do i repolish and rewax or just wax? i wash every 1-2 weeks and try to wax each time.

well to do it right you need to strip all of the wax off of the paint all the way to the clear. then polish that really good then wax over that

i wash it, dry it, wax. next week same thing.
