WOW that was completly unnecessary. There was absoluley no need to do that to a 15 year old girl when all she did was kick her shoes of her feet which she was probably asked to do.

Hmmm cop flipped a switch and needs to be fired. period if he cant handle is temper with a GIRL thats 15 YEARS OLD, kicks a SHOE at her, then he doesnt need to be a cop

i wouldn't be surprised if she spit in his face or something.. it doesn't add up why the cop would attack for that, the video doesn't tell the whole story. fuckin dumb bitch shouldn't have stole the car she definitely got her ass owned lol

Does look like excessive force...but as always there are always 3 sides to the story...who knows if there is more to the situation than what was captured in that video.

+1 i know that somtimes under certain situations that force is the only way to get someone to coroporate, but that is pretty bad man, seems like he had a bad day and took it out on her that is horrible and uncalled for IMO
