today cigg taxes went up its almost 5 dollars a pack (i know you boys from up north will lol at that but im used to 3 dollars a pack)

personal property taxes - i honestly think its a fucking scam now

traffic offenses - you can get charged with up to and above 1k not including court cost and the cost of a ticket for reckless driving here but only if your a resident of va so if your visiting please speed all you like


its a commonwealth state - get out of the fucking stone ages people


no longer can you smoke in restaurants - your telling the state of philip morris and the second largest tobacco producing state that we cant smoke where we eat

yeah, VA sucks right now. since I moved here from Cali awhile back I still havent gotten used to this commonwealth bullshit. Rules are strict, which is an understatement. Among other things they are cutting down the public education budget by alot.

if your bitching about tabacco tax's and not being able to smoke in resteraunts, maybe its time to quit. personally i dont smoke so i could give two craps abou tthe tabacco tax, and i also do not really like smelling somebody smoking while im trying to enjoy my meal. if your going to do something other people dont like, dont do it around them, be considerate, that shouldnt even have to be a law. it also pisses me off when i see somebody eat a good meal, then smoke one of those nasty ass things.
