i keep having these really sharp pains in my dome, on the right temple and it fucking hurts, last time i got this shit i almost wrecked cuz i was driving at night and ended up wearing sunglasses the rest of the way home, at night. I already took excedrin, and no luck. Plus this is making me really light headed, and really uneasy when i walk, and it's really hurting my right eye...

Classic Migraine Symptoms my friend I am in chiropractic college right now and that is definitely what it sounds like, sleep is the number one cure for them but and adjustment "crack" wouldn't hurt, probably in the upper cervical region you might also benefit from some soft tissue work on your sub occipital muscles (back of the neck at the base of the skull) If you go to a chiropractor I would schedule an appointment and tell him what you said above. Hope this helps.

You might also look into getting accupressure; being that you're in Cali, you should be able to find a decent practitioner.

I was gettin the exact same pains for the longest time, after 9 months of them i couldnt take it any more. Well it turns out that from my kick boxin days i had some brain damage (imagine that) and they said there was a teeny tiny tumor up there that was starting to cause pressure.

They put my on propanelal (spelling?) which was to reduce my blood pressure, then they put me on some melting tablet that i take when i feel the pain coming back on. its been like 3 months since i started ths b.s. and they only happen like once a week now.

And by migrain, i mean gettin stabbed in the side of the head with a screw driver, temporary blindness causing black outs and sickness. or thats what it was like with me any ways haha
