Anyone else up to date on this situation... Im so glad this finally happened. It makes my blood boil anytime I hear Jim Cramer talk, His show is nothing more than entertainment and none of his financial advise should be taken to heart. But there are too many do it yourself investors out there that do think that Cramer actually knows what he is talking about and pushes their money in on his advice.

Sorry for the rant, but I have been waiting since i was in business school to hear someone put Cramers show in its place.

You should invent a computer that is made to sit on your lap ( infact you should cal it something like a laptop <-- Kind of catchy, huh? ) and that way you could travel around with it on your lap and could stay uptodate and watch shows like this from your lap while your driving ( or maybe not while your driving but more when your resting )...


BTW- Jon Stewart is the host of the Daily Show...

As soon as I can afford a top of my lap pc system, I will then look into the feasibility of gaining internet access on the road. I do not want to be limited to hotspots, and I also want it to be affordable.


Yah I've heard of the Daily Show, and heard Stewart on the Stern show, I've just never watched his show, or Cramer's show. Heard him on Stern as well. I wanted to punch my radio in the face.

Jon Stewaart is incredible. Great ENTERTAINMENT...and a source of facts if you are smart enough to see through the entertainment part. I especially like Stewarts coverage of the elections. As far as Cramer, its the same way. I dont watch Cramer unless its just for a split second while surfing.

I like to cook. I love cooking shows. I hate Sandra Lee and her "semi homemade" shit. Why? well because I know a little more about cooking than the average person. Doesnt mean she's bad, it just means that I personally get irritated when she cuts corners. To someone that doesnt cook for a living, cook everyday or take cooking seriously, it might not be a bad show. You probably wouldnt want to use her crap to cook for the Queen of England but maybe make a recipe once a month is fine.

This is how I would approach Cramer. Not all of his predictions are wrong. I would never invest ALL of my money from information recieved by any ONE person. But to maybe see something on his show and then go forward and do additional research on it and invest in it....what would be wrong with that? Its just another channel of information to use when investing.

But your right, I wouldnt base my entire portfolio from one source unless it was Jesus himself.
