I picked up the Honda Davidson for only $1250. just a tad over 8100 miles on her.

believe it or not.. the Honda shifts a hell of a lot better then the ninja.. It is way lighter even though it has 50 more cc's.

lol congrats on the bikes man.. honsetly though, you could have bought one decent bike instead of two older ones.. not saying they're not decent.. well yeah kinda, not what i'd ride..

Nice score, dude. You wont have major problems with getting parts for the 97 ninja, unless you need cowlings. For the honda though... most of the bike manufacturers discontinue unique parts, specifically models they don't make anymore after about 10~15 years... you should be alright as long as the tank, seat, and exhaust stays good.. (large model-specific parts)

I get this a lot at work.. when I'm in between college semesters, I'm selling parts/accessories/riding gear at a Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, and Polaris dealership. You'd be surprised how many people come in with their 1974 yamaha bike looking for a new gas tank and front fender with matching factory paint...
