So a guy told me he wanted to buy a headunit that was stock, I told him I had 2, the stock tape deck with the 6 disc cd changer from my 2000 Lightning, and then the Mach 460 headunit with the 6 disc changer from my 03 GT. The guy called me and we talked and blah blah blah, he ended up wanting the mustang 1, I told him very very very clear that it had, "the bug", the changer has an error or whatever it is that they all get sooner or later and that there is a couple tricks to try to fix it, he said ok I want it, i made sure he knew what he was getting, how i put a cd in slot 2 1 night and it messed up. I told him to make an offer, he said how about 100+ 15 to ship, so i said ok thats fine. Shipped it, and he got it saturday and now he is saying that the thing is broken and the cd changer wont load or eject cds and I that i told him the cd 2 was the only 1 bad, now he wants his money back, and usually i'm fair, but i told this jerk exactly what was wrong, my guess is, he got someone else selling him 1 for a better deal and he wants it instead. so he text me and told me he wasnt going to argue with me that if i wasnt going to refund his money he will file a claim with paypal, blah blah blah.


Any advice? and also what could he do to try to fix it?

already did that lol but i have lost 1 paypal account to a negative balance, i dont want to lose another, i dont think im going to sell anymore on the net, people are just out to get people now, not everyone, but some people are just dirty

nah i told him over the phone, he insisted on calling me, someone broke into his truck so he was very eager

sounds like a scam in the first place. get people to sell shit in a hurry. get the item. then file claim to get money back.

Make sure you have the emails you traded, tracking number from shipping it, and that should get you taken care of.
