New Diet
So guys i'm being a typical girl and starting out my diet/exercise for summer (i know late) but i could not do it since i had my foot surgery in march until just now. Any suggestions of good supplements or anything...anything to jump start the process besides (i know) cardio? I know there have to be some gym nuts on here.

I've been on the atkins diet for somewhere around 6 or 7 weeks. Pisses me off. But, it's worked. Absolutely ZERO exercise and I've dropped over 20 lbs.
You can tone up with light cardio and be fine : D

Don't be lazy. Exercise is key. Air force, hit the pool if you want to trim up and lay off the sweets.

Starving myself?
Bwahahahahaha I eat more food than a family of 3 does. I just limit the carbs. I feel a LOT better on this diet than I have in a long time actually. The only problem is that I already have a somewhat fast metabolism, so I'll eat a ton of food and an hour later I'm hungry as hell again. So I'm constantly eating. I was around 170 lbs. until I started eating "normal" foods. I'd be fine if I ate nothing but junk food. Edit: BTW, part of my laziness is from lower back problems, as well of severe pain in my left hip (the pain is ALWAYS there) and my left knee. Exercise isn't always an option. I have to deal with a hell of a lot of pain if I want to do anything physical : D

our base pool isn't open yet..and the one in my apartments is neither heated nor large enough for a peanut to swim laps in...i still get in on occasion, but lately i've been trying to do more interval training...sometimes i end up working out twice a day because i normally work out in the evening and i have to lead PT in the mornings on monday and wed.

well we are pretty limited to what we can make people do now...mondays are mandatory spin class and wednesday is pretty much just run and do push ups and sit ups...sincea MSgt runs it with me...and you know how they are
