I can relate to that, after installing my friend's HIDs on his car, only one side turned on and the other wouldn't. We were like fuck whats going on? Are the lines touching or crossing something? no. Is it the ballast? no. maybe it's not getting powered on that side? no. Maybe the bulb is not being powered, so lets swap the bulbs and test that out? no.....

Turned out we didn't connect the ground cable properly *facepalm*
